Digital Radiography
This technology provides filmless pictures and
reduces the patient's exposure to radiation by as much as 90 percent. The doctor receives
instant retrieval on the computer allowing for a more accurate diagnosis of the
set and enhanced patient understanding of calculus build up on his/her teeth and
improperly placed or deteriorating fillings due to the enlarged
image on the monitor. Computer image processing can be enhanced, changed, or
reversed for better diagnosis.
