DeltaUSA®

DeltaUSA® was designed to address the needs of national and multi-state employers and to offer uniform administration of benefits to Delta Dental groups that have enrollees nationwide. DeltaUSA® supports the provision of dental benefits to multi-state and national accounts.

Products offered under DeltaUSA® include Delta Dental Premier®, Delta Dental PPO™, Delta Dental Legion®, and DeltaCare® USA. Benefits are administered by the Delta Dental company that services the account. Dentists who provide services to patients under one of these accounts receive payment directly from the Delta Dental company that services that account. Policies have been established for processing DeltaUSA® claims ensuring consistency for all participating dental offices.

DeltaCare® USA is the national Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) product underwritten by Delta Dental of California, or its licensed affiliates, and is administered by Delta Dental of California.

Delta Dental Premier®

Our original fee-for-service plan that offers the largest network of dentists. These dentists have agreed to contracted fees with Delta Dental, so for covered services, your employees only pay a copay and deductible. 

Delta Dental PPO™

Our preferred-provider option program. With Delta Dental PPO, your employees have access to a network of dentists who accept reduced fees for covered services, giving them the lowest out-of-pocket costs.

Delta Dental Legion®

Delta Dental Legion is a discounted fee program with a network of Delta Dental dentists recruited specifically for Delta Dental Federal Group business. The Delta Dental Legion program provides dental benefits to members who are affiliated with covered federal government programs.  

DeltaCare® USA (HMO)

DeltaCare USA is the dental HMO plan. It offers low-cost dental coverage with a focus on preventive care. Employees can choose from a network of dentists to manage their needs, with minimal or no copayments for preventive care.
