Subscribers choose from a panel of participating dentists who have agreed to charge discounted fees for services that they provide. Delta Dental Patient Direct is available in select Delta Dental markets.

• no paperwork to file
• significant savings for enrollees because of the discounted fee schedule accepted by participating dentists
• enrollees pay dentists based on discounted fee schedule directly at the time of treatments
